Why “Braintique”?
“Braintique” is short for a “boutique for the brain.” In other words, we don’t try to be everything for everybody. We are only interested in providing intelligent, quality information on topics which we bring significant expertise to bear. Please think of www.braintique.com content as the opposite of insipid. Rather, it is gourmet food for your brain.

Why Braintique.com now?
It’s not a particularly original observation to note that the Web is the ideal vehicle for delivering content. After all, who wants to buy a big, heavy book—or an expensive report—if all you need is one morsel of good information. But where on the Web can you find this targeted information? Book publishers don’t provide it, others want to charge for it (which probably doesn’t work as a model).

We aim to fill this information gap. We believe that “information wants to be free,” but it is still valuable. We believe that the time is right for www.braintique.com -- a site that lets you find what you need when you need it without the trouble and expense of other mechanisms.

Who is behind Braintique.com?
Braintique.com is the brain child of Harold Davis and Phyllis Davis.
